We want you to be happy with your purchase. Below you’ll find our return and refund conditions.
Returns
You have the right to return standard products within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- You must notify us within 14 days of delivery
To notify us of a return, please email hi@toucheobjects.com, within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns sent without prior notice may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
Custom & Made-to-Order Products
Products that are custom-made, personalized, or produced in a custom color or finish are not eligible for return or refund, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Because many of our products are produced on demand, minor variations in color or finish may occur and are not considered defects.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. We will assess the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days after receiving the returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please place a new order.
