Products sold under the brand Touché Objects are operated and fulfilled by Studio Hans van Sinderen.

Most of our products are produced on demand.
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipment.
Processing times may vary depending on product type, order volume, or availability.
Shipping Methods
We ship orders using DHL.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery Times
Delivery times refer to shipping time after dispatch, not production time.
Estimated delivery times after shipment:

Shipping Costs

International Shipping
We currently ship within the European Union.
If you are ordering from outside the EU, please contact us before placing an order.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping costs may apply.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier.
